Which Documents Can You Process?

Use the tools with documents you are authorized to view and modify. Password removal requires a correct accepted password; the toolkit does not guess passwords. Where an employer, institution or recipient sets document-handling rules, follow those rules when choosing a browser tool, server conversion or a support channel.

What Should You Check Before Using a Result?

Open the generated file in the application that will receive it. Check the details relevant to the task: page order, missing words, table values, form entries, legibility or password behavior. A successful download confirms that a file was generated, not that every feature of the source survived. The individual guides describe output types and known limits.

Keep an appropriate source copy until the result has been checked. The toolkit cannot undo changes to a file that you overwrite on your own device, and it does not maintain a personal document archive.

Which Tasks Need a Different Workflow?

A visible signature image does not create a cryptographic signature or verify an identity. Ordinary PDF export does not establish PDF/A conformance. Page images do not recreate editable slide objects, and text extraction does not recover spreadsheet formulas. See the signature guide, PDF to PDF/A and the relevant converter before choosing a result for a formal submission.

What Processing Limits Apply?

File-size, page-count, pixel and processing limits depend on the tool. The interface and guides identify those limits; device memory can still prevent a large or complex document from completing. Optional server export also depends on the configured engine, available resources and upload limits. No fixed availability or completion time is promised.

Server result links expire five minutes after the upload reaches the server, including scanning and conversion time. Download promptly; the toolkit is not a storage service. The Privacy Policy explains browser processing, temporary server files and support correspondence separately.

How Can You Report a Problem?

Use Contact for a reproducible error or inaccurate instruction. Provide the tool, file format, approximate size, browser and exact message, without sending private documents or passwords. The How We Test page explains the sample checks completed for the toolkit and what those checks do not establish.
