What Should You Include in a Tool Report?

For a tool error, include the page address, input format, approximate size and page count, browser/device, chosen settings and exact error text. If the output looks wrong, identify the page or cell and the expected result. For a guide correction, quote the sentence and explain what contradicts it, using a public reference or a harmless reproduction.

ProblemUseful detail
Conversion stopsThe action you pressed, error text and whether a small file of the same type succeeds.
Wrong layout or missing contentThe page, object or cell affected; the chosen output mode, page range and resolution.
Download cannot be foundYour browser/device, whether the download appeared in its list, and whether the result used a server link.
Guide needs correctionThe page address, relevant sentence and the behavior observed with those settings.

What Should You Leave Out?

Do not include passwords, account numbers, private identity documents or confidential page contents. The form accepts text, not attachments. Start with a description; if a reproduction is needed later, use a small sample with invented names and values instead of the original sensitive document.

Before You Report a Download Problem

Open the browser’s downloads list and check whether the file was saved to another folder or opened in a preview. Server results expire five minutes after the upload reaches the server, including processing time, so an expired result must be generated again from the source. Browser results depend on the current workspace; keep the page open until you save them. Read How to Download and Find PDF Files? for device-specific steps.

Send Your Message

How are Replies and Message Data Handled?

Support email: [email protected]

Support availability: No fixed response time is currently published.

Support messages are retained in the support mailbox under its retention and backup settings. A fixed mailbox deletion period has not been published. The document-result expiry period does not apply to support emails.

You can request information about, or deletion of, a support conversation through Contact. Include the email address used and an approximate message date so the conversation can be located.

The form sends your name, reply email and message to the configured support mailbox. Review the Privacy Policy for message handling and the About page for published operator details.

FAQs

Does a Success Notice Mean My Request Has Been Resolved?

No. It means the mail service accepted your message for delivery. A response depends on the support availability information above. Include a working reply address and keep your original document while investigating the issue.

Can Support Recover an Expired Conversion Result?

The toolkit does not offer a document recovery archive. If a temporary result expires or a browser session is closed, generate a new result from your source file. A copy already downloaded remains available wherever you saved it.
